The HM520W is engineered to minimize downtime and maximize throughput (CPH).
  • Dual Gantry System: The machine uses a two-gantry system. In the W (Wide/Multi-Function) configuration, it typically utilizes 6-spindle "Piano" heads.

Accuracy & Reliability Features

  • Side View Camera: This real-time sensor inspects components on the nozzle during movement. It detects missing parts or "tombstoning" before placement, preventing errors.
  • Automatic Center of Rotation (COR) Correction: The machine automatically checks the nozzle center and offsets, maintaining high precision over long shifts.
  • Height Sensor: A laser sensor measures PCB warpage (warp) and adjusts the placement height dynamically, which is crucial for thin or densely packed boards.
